1. General Terms of Return
The website www.finora.gr is the online store of the company "FINORA PLUS" (VAT: 154725449 GEMI No.: 177518705000). The headquarters of the company is located in Thessaloniki, at 47 Yannis Chalkidis Street, 54249, Thessaloniki, tel. 2310307790.
According to the current legislation on distance selling (Law 2251/1994, as amended), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.
Conditions for Refund:
- Total Integrity: The products must be returned to excellent condition received.
- Sealed Packaging: Due to the nature of our products (nutritional supplements) and for reasons health and safety, shall not be accepted returns of products whose the external or internal seal/security tape has been tampered with or removed.
- Proof of purchase: The presentation of the proof of retail sale or of invoice.
2. Withdrawal Procedure (Refund)
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Update: Contact us via email at info@finora.gr or by phone at 2310307790 within the 14-day period.
- Product Return: Send the products to the address Gianni Chalkidi 47, 54249, Thessaloniki within 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
- Mission Cost: The direct reimbursement cost of the products (postal/transportation) shall be borne by exclusively the customer exercising the right of withdrawal.
- Refund: Once we have received and checked the status of the returned products, we will refund the amount of the purchase (minus the original shipping costs, if any) within 14 days using the same payment instrument you used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).
3. Incorrect Shipments or Defective Products
In case you receive different product than what you ordered or a product is defective or damaged during transport, the FINORA PLUS takes full responsibility:
- Instant Update: Please contact us directly (within 2 days of receipt) to info@finora.gr attaching photos of the damage or defective product.
- Replacement: We will take care of the immediate replacement of the product without any charge to you.
- Transport costs: The return and re-dispatch costs in this case, the full cost shall be borne by the FINORA PLUS.
4. Product Changes
It is not possible to exchange one food supplement for another, except in the case of incorrect dispatch or a defect, as described in section 3.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
As defined by law (article 3b of Law 2251/1994), the right of withdrawal does not apply for products which are not suitable for return, health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have unsealed after delivery. Our dietary supplements fall into this category.
